短時(shí)中等強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)腦靜息態(tài)局部一致性活動(dòng)影響的初步研究

【摘要】:行為學(xué)和神經(jīng)認(rèn)知影像學(xué)研究表明,急性鍛煉和慢性鍛煉都能改變大腦神經(jīng)活動(dòng)模式,改善認(rèn)知功能和情緒狀態(tài),有助于個(gè)體通過(guò)調(diào)整自身功能來(lái)適應(yīng)環(huán)境的變化,提高生活質(zhì)量和幸福感。近年來(lái),隨著神經(jīng)影像技術(shù)的發(fā)展,靜息態(tài)功能磁共振成像技術(shù)在研究人腦神經(jīng)活動(dòng)方面的應(yīng)用價(jià)值得到認(rèn)可。本研究結(jié)合運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)方法,采用靜息態(tài)功能磁共振成像技術(shù),探討短時(shí)中等強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)大腦神經(jīng)局部一致性活動(dòng)的影響,進(jìn)一步解釋有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)改善認(rèn)知功能和情緒狀態(tài)的神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ)。 采用被試內(nèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)。選擇15名在校女大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,分別采集兩次靜息態(tài)功能磁共振數(shù)據(jù):一次為靜息狀態(tài)下休息30分鐘的運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)前;一次為30分鐘蹬功率自行車的短時(shí)中等強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)后。采用單變量分析方法,基于像素的全腦局部一致性(regional homogeneity, ReHo)指標(biāo),分別計(jì)算運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)前和干預(yù)后大腦神經(jīng)活動(dòng)的局部一致性值即ReHo值。干預(yù)前和干預(yù)后單樣本T檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),大腦靜息態(tài)神經(jīng)活動(dòng)干預(yù)前和干預(yù)后都具有明顯的局部一致性,其中額葉、頂葉腦區(qū)ReHo值有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.0001,未校正)。運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)后與干預(yù)前配對(duì)T檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)后局部大腦神經(jīng)活動(dòng)選擇性增強(qiáng),具體表現(xiàn)為運(yùn)動(dòng)后右側(cè)前扣帶回、右側(cè)前島,右側(cè)背外側(cè)前額葉,兩側(cè)楔前葉,兩側(cè)頂下小葉及左側(cè)楔葉腦區(qū)ReHo值增強(qiáng)顯著,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05, AlphaSim校正)。 結(jié)果表明,急性中等強(qiáng)度有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)選擇性增強(qiáng)腦靜息態(tài)局部一致性神經(jīng)活動(dòng),這與有氧鍛煉影響執(zhí)行功能和情緒狀態(tài)的行為學(xué)和任務(wù)態(tài)神經(jīng)認(rèn)知影像學(xué)研究結(jié)果相吻合。靜息態(tài)功能磁共振成像為研究體育鍛煉的神經(jīng)作用機(jī)制提供了一種新的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Behavioral and neurocognitive imaging studies have shown that both acute and chronic exercise can change the pattern of neural activity in the brain, improve cognitive function and emotional state, and help individuals adapt to environmental changes by adjusting their own functions. In recent years, with the development of neuroimaging technology, the application value of resting functional magnetic resonance imaging in the study of human brain nerve activity has been recognized. By using resting functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), the effect of short term moderate intensity aerobic exercise on the local consistent activity of cerebral nerve was studied, and the neural basis of aerobic exercise for improving cognitive function and emotional state was further explained. 15 female college students were selected as the research subjects, and two resting fMRI data were collected: one time before the exercise intervention for 30 minutes in the resting state; The regional homogeneities (ReHox) index of regional homogenicity (ReHox) of the whole brain based on pixel local consistency was analyzed by univariate analysis after a 30 minute short time moderate intensity aerobic exercise intervention. The local consistency value of cerebral nerve activity was calculated before and after exercise intervention, namely ReHo value. The results of single sample T test before and after intervention showed that there was significant local consistency before and after intervention. The ReHo value of frontal lobe and parietal lobe brain area was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.0001). The results of paired T test before and after exercise intervention showed that the selective enhancement of local cerebral nerve activity was found after exercise intervention, which was manifested as right anterior cingulate gyrus after exercise. The ReHo values of right anterior island, right dorsolateral prefrontal lobe, bilateral precuneiform lobe, bilateral inferior parietal lobule and left cuneate lobe were significantly enhanced (P 0.05, AlphaSim correction). The results showed that acute moderate intensity aerobic exercise selectively enhanced local consistent neural activity in resting brain. This is consistent with the results of behavioral and task-based neurocognitive imaging studies on the effects of aerobic exercise on executive function and emotional state. Resting functional magnetic resonance imaging provides a new and effective way to study the neuromechanism of physical exercise.
