【摘要】：正患者男,32歲,因"勞力性胸悶、呼吸困難3年"就診。查體:體型消瘦,呼吸稍促,口唇無(wú)明顯發(fā)紺,頸靜脈怒張,心率90次/分,律不齊,第一心音強(qiáng)弱不等,胸骨左緣4~5肋間聞及2/6級(jí)收縮期吹風(fēng)樣雜音。肝、脾稍大,肝-頸靜脈回流征陽(yáng)性,雙下肢輕度凹陷性水腫。心電圖:心房顫動(dòng),完全性右束支傳導(dǎo)阻滯,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、V4~V6導(dǎo)聯(lián)ST段下斜形下降0.05~
