【摘要】：目的:探討高頻超聲對滑膜軟骨瘤病的診斷價值。方法 :回顧性分析經(jīng)病理證實的23例(共27個關(guān)節(jié))滑膜軟骨瘤病的聲像圖特征。結(jié)果:27個關(guān)節(jié)中,術(shù)前20個關(guān)節(jié)超聲診斷為滑膜軟骨瘤病,3個關(guān)節(jié)診斷為單純性滑膜炎,1個關(guān)節(jié)診斷為退行性骨關(guān)節(jié)病伴游離體,另有3個關(guān)節(jié)診斷為色素絨毛結(jié)節(jié)性滑膜炎,超聲診斷滑膜軟骨瘤病的準確率為74.1%(20/27)。結(jié)論:高頻超聲可以作為診斷滑膜軟骨瘤病的首選檢查方法,具有較高診斷價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in synovial chondromatosis. Methods: the ultrasonographic features of 23 cases (27 joints) of synovial chondromatosis confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Before operation, 20 joints were diagnosed as synovial chondromatosis, 3 joints as simple synovitis, 1 joint as associated with degenerative osteoarthropathy in vitro, and 3 joints as pigmented villonodular synovitis. The accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis of synovial chondromatosis is 74.1% or 20 / 270.Conclusion: high frequency ultrasound can be used as the first choice in the diagnosis of synovial chondromatosis and has high diagnostic value.
