【摘要】：目的:探討MRI在客觀評(píng)價(jià)嚴(yán)重股骨滑車發(fā)育不良中的作用。方法:回顧性分析30例正常人及根據(jù)Dejour形態(tài)分型確定的59例(61膝)嚴(yán)重股骨滑車發(fā)育不良患者膝關(guān)節(jié)MRI圖像。利用軟骨標(biāo)志測(cè)量比較患者組和對(duì)照組中股骨滑車溝深度、股骨滑車溝角度、股骨滑車外側(cè)面傾斜度、關(guān)節(jié)面對(duì)稱性、股骨內(nèi)外側(cè)髁對(duì)稱性和股骨外側(cè)髁與滑車最大寬度之比有無(wú)差異。同時(shí)分析患者組中各分型間的股骨滑車溝深度和角度有無(wú)差異。結(jié)果:患者組中股骨滑車溝深度、股骨滑車溝角度、股骨滑車外側(cè)面傾斜度和關(guān)節(jié)面對(duì)稱性較對(duì)照組有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)�；颊呓M內(nèi)各Dejour分型間,股骨滑車溝深度和股骨滑車溝角度無(wú)明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論:MRI具有顯示關(guān)節(jié)面軟骨的優(yōu)勢(shì),在嚴(yán)重股骨滑車發(fā)育不良患者中利用軟骨標(biāo)志進(jìn)行測(cè)量能夠客觀地評(píng)價(jià)股骨滑車發(fā)育不良。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the role of MRI in the objective evaluation of severe femoral trochlear dysplasia. Methods: the knee joint of 30 normal subjects and 59 patients with severe femoral trochlear dysplasia determined by Dejour morphological classification were analyzed retrospectively. MRI image. The depth of trochlear sulcus was measured and compared between the patient group and the control group by using cartilage markers. Angle of femoral trochlear groove, inclination of lateral side of femoral trochlear, symmetry of articular surface, The symmetry of the lateral and lateral femoral condyle and the ratio of the maximum width of the lateral femoral condyle to the trochlear were not different. At the same time, the depth and angle of the trochlear groove in the patients group were analyzed. Results: the depth of the trochlear sulcus of the femur in the patient group was analyzed. The angle of trochlear groove, the inclination of lateral side of femoral trochlear and the symmetry of articular surface were significantly different from those of control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the depth of trochlear groove and the angle of femoral trochlear groove. The measurement of cartilage markers in patients with severe femoral trochlear dysplasia can objectively evaluate femoral trochlear dysplasia.
