【摘要】：目的運(yùn)用磁共振血管成像(MRA)觀察人腦底動(dòng)脈環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)并分型。方法對(duì)沈陽維康醫(yī)院2013年10月至2015年5月頭部MRA檢查圖像2 104例進(jìn)行回顧性分析,根據(jù)其腦底動(dòng)脈實(shí)際存在情況,按前后環(huán)分別分型。結(jié)果根據(jù)大腦前動(dòng)脈起源及有無前交通支,將前環(huán)分為Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型,其中Ⅱ型又分為ⅡR型和ⅡL型2個(gè)亞型。根據(jù)有無后交通支,將后環(huán)分為Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型,再根據(jù)大腦后動(dòng)脈的起源將Ⅰ型分成4個(gè)亞型(IB、IC、IRC、ILC),Ⅱ型分成8個(gè)亞型(ⅡBR、ⅡBL、ⅡCR、ⅡCL、ⅡRCR、ⅡRCL、ⅡLCR、ⅡLCL),Ⅲ型分成4個(gè)亞型(ⅢB、ⅢC、ⅢRC、ⅢLC)。結(jié)論人腦底動(dòng)脈各型之間既有相關(guān)性又有各自的血供來源及交通代償特點(diǎn)。當(dāng)前后環(huán)均為Ⅲ型時(shí),腦底動(dòng)脈形成完整的環(huán)狀結(jié)構(gòu),即Willis環(huán),其存在率約為10.7%。掌握個(gè)體類型的不同對(duì)腦血管病的防治有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and type the structure of the cerebral basal artery ring by magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). Methods the MRA images of 2 104 cases of brain basal artery were retrospectively analyzed from October 2013 to May 2015 in Vikam Hospital, Shenyang, according to the actual condition of the cerebral artery.
