【摘要】：正患者男,46歲。"反復(fù)右足跟部疼痛10月余"入院�；颊哂�10個(gè)月前無(wú)明顯誘因出現(xiàn)右足跟部疼痛,無(wú)放射痛,于活動(dòng)后加重,休息后減輕,疼痛逐漸加重并腫脹。CT檢查示(圖1A、B):右跟骨內(nèi)見(jiàn)團(tuán)塊狀軟組織密度影,病灶中央?yún)^(qū)CT值約37 HU,邊界清楚,最大截面約7.0 cm×4.5 cm×2.9 cm,呈膨脹性生長(zhǎng),右跟骨外緣骨皮質(zhì)不連續(xù)。既往體健,病史無(wú)特殊。入院體格檢查:T 36.5℃,P 84 bpm,R 20
[Abstract]:The patient was 46 years old. He was admitted to hospital after 10 months of repeated pain in the right heel. The patient had no obvious cause of pain in the right heel 10 months ago, no radiation pain, aggravated after exercise, and relieved after rest. The pain was gradually aggravated and swelling. Ct examination showed (fig. 1) massive soft tissue density was seen in the right calcaneus, the CT value of the central region of the lesion was about 37 HUU, the boundary was clear, the maximum cross section was about 7.0 cm 脳 4.5 cm 脳 2.9 cm, and it was swelling growth.
