【摘要】：目的探討實(shí)時(shí)超聲評(píng)價(jià)正中神經(jīng)活動(dòng)度聯(lián)合橫截面積測量診斷腕管綜合征(CTS)的意義。方法單側(cè)非急性CTS患者43例,實(shí)時(shí)超聲評(píng)價(jià)正中神經(jīng)活動(dòng)度及測量豌豆骨水平的橫截面積(CSAP),與健側(cè)手及對(duì)照組比較,術(shù)前與術(shù)后(6個(gè)月)比較。結(jié)果正中神經(jīng)移動(dòng)試驗(yàn)(MTUS)陽性率和CSAP測值在CTS患側(cè)與健側(cè)手及對(duì)照組比較、術(shù)前與術(shù)后比較均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。聯(lián)合MTUS陽性和CSAP≥10.0mm2診斷CTS,采用平行或系列試驗(yàn)法可以提高其診斷的靈敏度或特異度。結(jié)論 MTUS可作為CTS正中神經(jīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)異常的高特異度檢出方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of median nerve activity combined with cross-sectional area measurement in the diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) by real-time ultrasound. Methods 43 patients with unilateral non-acute CTS were included in this study. The median nerve activity and the cross sectional area of pea bone were evaluated by real time ultrasound, and compared with those of healthy hand and control group. Results the positive rate of median nerve movement test (MNT) and the value of CSAP were compared between the affected side of CTS and the healthy hand and the control group before and after operation (6 months).
