【摘要】：目的探討應(yīng)變、應(yīng)變率成像(S/SRI)技術(shù)采用P波起點(diǎn)(P-onset)和R波頂點(diǎn)(R-peak)為起始點(diǎn)評(píng)價(jià)陣發(fā)性心房顫動(dòng)(PAF)患者左心房(LA)功能的差異。方法分別以P-onset和R-peak為起始點(diǎn)分析52例PAF患者LA S/SR,比較兩組LA S/SR并作一致性檢驗(yàn),分析兩組LA S/SR與LA容積參數(shù)之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果以R-peak為起始點(diǎn)的心房泵血期和儲(chǔ)血期的LA S均大于以P-onset為起始點(diǎn)的(均P0.05),但兩組LA S/SR之間呈良好的相關(guān)性和一致性(均P0.05);兩組LA S/SR與對(duì)應(yīng)時(shí)相的LA容積參數(shù)之間也均表現(xiàn)出良好的相關(guān)性,且相關(guān)系數(shù)經(jīng)比較并無顯著性差異(均P0.05)。結(jié)論 P-onset和R-peak均可作為S/SRI技術(shù)的起始點(diǎn)評(píng)價(jià)PAF患者LA功能,兩種方法測得的LA SR具有可比性,但LA S不具有可比性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the strain, The function of left atrium in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF) was evaluated with P wave starting point P-onsett and R wave vertex R-peak.Methods 52 patients with PAF were analyzed with P-onset and R-peak as starting points, respectively, and compared with each other in evaluating the function of left atrial lamina (LAA) in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF). The two groups of LA SrSR were tested for consistency. Results the results showed that the LA S at the beginning point of R-peak was higher than that at P-onset (P 0.05), but there was a good correlation and agreement between LA S / SR of the two groups. There was also a good correlation between LA S / SR and LA volumetric parameters of the corresponding phase. Conclusion P-onset and R-peak can be used as the starting point for evaluating LA function in PAF patients. The LA SR measured by the two methods is comparable, but LA S is not comparable.
