【摘要】：正病例資料患者,男,61歲,于40多年前無意中發(fā)現(xiàn)左足背包塊,約核桃大小,無明顯增大,外院診斷為軟骨瘤。1個(gè)月前,患者不慎被重物砸傷左足背伴皮膚裂傷,未就診治療,此后包塊逐漸增大,皮膚壞死,潰瘍形成,無發(fā)熱、咳嗽等不適,為進(jìn)一步診治遂來我院。左足平片檢查:左足第一跖骨骨質(zhì)破壞,周圍大量高密度影(圖1、2),急診以左足背血腫機(jī)化不全伴糜爛、異位骨化收治入院。入院�？茩z查:左足背見大小約10cm
[Abstract]:The data of the positive case, male, 61 years old, inadvertently found the left foot backpack mass more than 40 years ago, about the size of walnut, no obvious increase, the external hospital diagnosed chondroma. 1 month ago, the patient was accidentally injured by heavy objects left foot back with skin laceration, without treatment. Since then the mass gradually increased, skin necrosis, ulcer formation, no fever, cough and other discomfort, for further diagnosis and treatment came to our hospital. Left foot plain film examination: left foot first metatarsal bone destruction, A large number of peripheral high-density images (fig. 1 / 2), emergency with left foot dorsal hematoma organization with erosion, heterotopic ossification admitted to hospital. Admission specialist examination: left foot back size of about 10 cm
