【摘要】：正患者女,21歲。主因解黑便、頭暈、乏力10余天,于2015年6月6日入院�；颊哂�10天前無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)解成形柏油樣便(量不詳),伴頭暈、乏力,無惡心、嘔吐、嘔血,無畏寒、發(fā)熱,無咳嗽、咳痰,無腹痛、腹脹等不適,5天前就診于外院行電子胃鏡檢查示:胃體腫瘤,血常規(guī)示紅細胞2.46×10~(12)/L,血紅蛋白62 g/L,未給予處理。既往體健,無特殊
[Abstract]:The patient was 21 years old. She was admitted to hospital on June 6th 2015 because of black stool, dizziness and fatigue for more than 10 days. The patient had no obvious inducement to appear deformable tar stool 10 days ago (unknown amount, dizziness, fatigue, no nausea, vomiting, hematemesis, etc.). No chills, fever, cough, expectoration, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, etc., 5 days ago, electronic gastroscopy showed that: gastric body tumor, erythrocyte 2.46 脳 10 ~ (-1) / L, hemoglobin 62 g / L, no treatment.
