MRI增強(qiáng)T1高分辨力各同性容積激發(fā)序列與TSET1W序列檢出椎體轉(zhuǎn)移瘤的對(duì)比分析

【摘要】:目的比較增強(qiáng)MRI快速T1高分辨力各向同性容積激發(fā)(THRIVE)序列和TSE序列T1W檢出椎體轉(zhuǎn)移瘤的價(jià)值。方法對(duì)31例經(jīng)穿刺活檢病理證實(shí)的椎體轉(zhuǎn)移瘤患者行MR增強(qiáng)檢查,增強(qiáng)后先后行常規(guī)矢狀位TSE T1W序列和矢狀位THRIVE序列掃描。比較2個(gè)序列顯示轉(zhuǎn)移瘤病灶的數(shù)目、SNR、CNR和病灶邊緣清晰度、運(yùn)動(dòng)偽影評(píng)分。結(jié)果 TSE T1W序列和THRIVE序列掃描時(shí)間分別為2min 55s和33s。增強(qiáng)后THRIVE序列顯示病灶的數(shù)量與TSE T1W序列差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(Z=-0.816,P=0.414)。增強(qiáng)后THRIVE序列的SNR(432.54±271.60)、CNR(233.27±197.65)均低于TSE T1W序列的SNR(674.32±375.79)、CNR(312.38±207.49),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=-4.366、-2.660,P0.001、0.012)。TSE T1W序列顯示病灶邊緣較THRIVE序列清晰(Z=-4.082,P0.001),但運(yùn)動(dòng)偽影較THRIVE序列明顯(Z=2.291,P=0.022)。結(jié)論增強(qiáng)掃描THRIVE序列掃描時(shí)間短,運(yùn)動(dòng)偽影少,椎體轉(zhuǎn)移瘤的檢出數(shù)目與TSE T1WI序列相當(dāng),在椎體轉(zhuǎn)移瘤的檢查中取代TSE T1W序列具有可行性。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the value of enhanced MRI fast T1 high resolution isotropic volumetric excitation (THRIVE) sequence and TSE sequence T1W in detecting vertebral body metastases. Methods 31 cases of vertebral body metastases confirmed by biopsy and pathology were examined by Mr enhanced Mr imaging. Conventional sagittal TSE T1W sequence and sagittal THRIVE sequence were performed after contrast enhancement. Results the scanning time of TSE T1W sequence and THRIVE sequence were 2min55s and 33s, respectively. There was no significant difference in the number of lesions between enhanced THRIVE sequence and TSE T1W sequence. The SNR(432.54 鹵271.60C THRIVE sequence of enhanced THRIVE sequence was lower than that of TSE T1W sequence (233.27 鹵197.65). The SNR(674.32 鹵375.79 SNR(674.32 was 312.38 鹵207.490.The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion the scanning time of enhanced THRIVE sequence is shorter than that of THRIVE sequence, and the edge of the lesion is more clear than that of THRIVE sequence, but the motion artifact is obviously higher than that of THRIVE sequence. Conclusion the scanning time of enhanced THRIVE sequence is shorter than that of THRIVE sequence. The number of vertebral metastases detected was similar to that of TSE T 1WI, and it was feasible to replace TSE T 1W sequence in the examination of vertebral body metastasis.
