【摘要】：目的分析甲狀腺癌及其淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的CT表現(xiàn),探討多層螺旋CT診斷甲狀腺癌分期的臨床應用價值。方法本研究回顧性分析了65例甲狀腺癌患者的術(shù)前CT圖像,依據(jù)CT圖像表現(xiàn)將患者的病情分為Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期,歸類成表后和手術(shù)病理對照。結(jié)果Ⅰ期腺內(nèi)原發(fā)癌型21例,Ⅱ期41例,Ⅲ期頸部組織器官轉(zhuǎn)移型38例,Ⅳ期遠隔器官轉(zhuǎn)移型5例。結(jié)論甲狀腺Ca在各個病理時期有不同的CT表現(xiàn)特點,可以提供分期診斷標準。
