【摘要】：正病例患者1,女,29歲。發(fā)現(xiàn)左乳腫物5年,未予診治。2月前,自覺腫物增大,不伴疼痛。查體:左乳內(nèi)上象限皮膚表面可觸及3 cm腫物,質(zhì)硬,形態(tài)不規(guī)則,邊界欠清,活動度尚可,無壓痛,無皮膚紅腫。右乳未觸及腫物,雙側(cè)腋窩未觸及腫大淋巴結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Is patient 1, female, 29 years old. The left breast mass in 5 years, not the diagnosis and treatment of.2 months ago, mass consciousness increases, without pain. Physical examination: the left breast in the upper skin surface can reach 3 cm mass, hard, irregular shape, boundary less clear, the activity can be, no tenderness, no skin irritation. The right breast nonpalpable tumor, bilateral axillary lymph nodes did not touch.
