【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)食管超聲心動(dòng)圖(TEE)引導(dǎo)外科微創(chuàng)封堵兒童肌部室間隔缺損中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 20例患兒經(jīng)胸超聲心動(dòng)圖(TTE)診斷為肌部室間隔缺損,11例合并其他先天性心臟病。在TEE監(jiān)測(cè)下,引導(dǎo)外科醫(yī)師釋放肌部室間隔缺損堵閉器。結(jié)果 TEE在術(shù)前、術(shù)中及術(shù)后指導(dǎo)外科微創(chuàng)封堵過(guò)程,20例患兒均封堵成功,3例多發(fā)肌部室間隔缺損留有心尖部分流,均2mm。無(wú)其他不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論經(jīng)食道超聲心動(dòng)圖引導(dǎo)外科微創(chuàng)封堵肌部室間隔缺損創(chuàng)傷小、無(wú)輻射、安全高效。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) in minimally invasive closure of ventricular septal defect (VSD) in children. Methods Twenty children with intramuscular ventricular septal defect (VSD) were diagnosed by transthoracic echocardiography (TTEE) in 11 cases with intramuscular ventricular septal defect (VSD) combined with other congenital defects. Sexual heart disease. Under TEE surveillance, Results during preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative minimally invasive closure of TEE in 20 children, 3 patients with multiple ventricular septal defect were successfully occluded with apical flow. Conclusion the transesophageal echocardiography guided minimally invasive closure of the ventricular septal defect in the muscle region is less invasive, less invasive, and safe and efficient.
