【摘要】：目的探討三維斷層超聲顯像(TUI)技術(shù)診斷瘢痕子宮妊娠(CSP)的價(jià)值。方法對(duì)46例二維超聲早孕期檢查疑似瘢痕子宮妊娠患者分別進(jìn)行TUI及MR檢查,將診斷結(jié)果與手術(shù)病理結(jié)果對(duì)比,評(píng)價(jià)二者診斷一致性。并采用TUI技術(shù)對(duì)CSP進(jìn)行分型,并與手術(shù)病理結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果 TUI與MRI技術(shù)對(duì)CSP的診斷一致性良好(Kappa=0.75),TUI技術(shù)對(duì)CSP分型結(jié)果同手術(shù)結(jié)果相一致。結(jié)論三維TUI技術(shù)對(duì)CSP有較高的診斷價(jià)值,可為臨床提供合理可靠的信息,且可實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)觀察病變部位,檢查時(shí)間短、價(jià)格低廉,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of three-dimensional tomography (TUI) technique in the diagnosis of cicatricial uterine pregnancy. Methods 46 cases of suspected scar pregnancy during early pregnancy were examined by TUI and Mr respectively, and the diagnostic results were compared with those of operation and pathology. To evaluate the diagnostic consistency of the two methods, and to use TUI technique to type CSP. Results TUI and MRI were consistent in the diagnosis of CSP. Results the results of CSP classification by TUI and MRI were consistent with those of operation. Conclusion Three-dimensional TUI technique has a high diagnostic value for CSP. It can provide reasonable and reliable information for clinic, and can dynamically observe the location of lesion in real time. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic because of its short time and low price.
