【摘要】：目的探討超聲彈性成像(UE)技術(shù)在腮腺良惡性結(jié)節(jié)鑒別診斷中的價(jià)值。方法以85例腮腺結(jié)節(jié)患者(共96個(gè)腮腺結(jié)節(jié))為研究對(duì)象,術(shù)前行常規(guī)超聲和UE檢查,回顧性分析超聲特征、彈性評(píng)分及病理結(jié)果。結(jié)果 96個(gè)腮腺結(jié)節(jié)中,經(jīng)術(shù)后病理診斷良性53個(gè),惡性43個(gè)。彈性評(píng)分3分、診斷為惡性者47個(gè),彈性評(píng)分≤3分、診斷為良性49者。彈性評(píng)分≤3分者中,良性病灶所占比例(46/53,86.79%)高于惡性病灶(3/43,6.98%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=60.52,P0.05),誤診率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義[13.21%(7/53)vs 6.98%(3/43),χ2=0.988,P0.05]。采用UE診斷腮腺結(jié)節(jié)良惡性的敏感度、特異度、準(zhǔn)確率、陽(yáng)性預(yù)測(cè)值及陰性預(yù)測(cè)值均高于常規(guī)超聲(P均0.05)。結(jié)論 UE在一定程度上可區(qū)分良惡性腮腺結(jié)節(jié)。在評(píng)估腮腺結(jié)節(jié)性質(zhì)時(shí),需結(jié)合常規(guī)超聲、病史及臨床表現(xiàn)綜合評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of ultrasonic elastography (UEE) in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant parotid nodules. Methods Eighty-five patients with parotid nodule (96 parotid nodule) were examined by conventional ultrasonography and UE before operation.
