IDEAL-IQ與MRS定量測量肝臟脂肪含量的可行性及相關(guān)性

【摘要】:目的:探討非對稱回波的最小二程估算法迭代水脂分離技術(shù)(IDEAL-IQ)與磁共振波譜(MRS)定量測量肝臟脂肪含量的可行性及相關(guān)性。方法:采用IDEAL-IQ和MRS定量測量87例非酒精性脂肪肝患者及20例健康志愿者的肝臟脂肪含量,對比分析IDEAL-IQ、MRS測量的脂肪含量的差異及相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:107例受檢者中IDEAL-IQ掃描成功102例(95.8%,102/107),MRS掃描成功76例(71.0%,76/107),兩種檢查方法的掃描成功率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。76例受檢者M(jìn)RS、IDEAL-IQ均掃描成功,此76位受檢者由MRS、IDEAL-IQ測得的相對脂質(zhì)含量(RLC)、脂肪分?jǐn)?shù)(FF)分別為(17.33±10.86)%、(16.28±10.27)%,兩者差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.192)。IDEAL-IQ與MRS測量肝臟脂肪含量相關(guān)性的散點(diǎn)圖顯示兩者呈線性關(guān)系,Pearson相關(guān)性分析顯示RLC和FF呈正相關(guān)(r=0.784,P=2.613)。結(jié)論:MRS、IDEAL-IQ均可定量測量脂肪肝的脂肪含量,兩者測量的肝臟脂肪含量呈線性正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the feasibility and correlation of quantitative measurement of liver fat content by iterative water-lipid separation technique (IDEAL-IQ) and magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) using least square estimation method of asymmetric echo. Methods: 87 cases of non-alcohol were quantitatively measured by IDEAL-IQ and MRS. Liver fat content in patients with fatty liver and 20 healthy volunteers. Results among the 107 subjects examined by IDEAL-IQ, 102 cases were successfully scanned by IDEAL-IQ and 76 cases were successfully scanned by Mrs. 76 cases were successfully scanned. The difference of the success rate of the two methods was statistically significant (P0.05 .76 cases), and the success rate of MRSIDEAL-IQ in 76 cases was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two methods in the success rate of MRSIDEAL-IQ scan, and the difference between the two methods was statistically significant (P < 0.05), and the difference between the two methods was statistically significant (P < 0.05), and the difference between the two methods was statistically significant. The relative lipid contents and FFFs measured by MRS- IDEAL-IQ were 17.33 鹵10.86 and 16.28 鹵10.27, respectively. There was no significant difference between them. The scattered plot of correlation between them and MRS showed a linear relationship. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a linear relationship between them. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between RLC and FF. Conclusion the fat content of fatty liver can be measured quantitatively by the weight MRSI IDEAL-IQ. There was a positive linear correlation between the liver fat content measured by the two methods.
