【摘要】：正患者女,59歲。因無意間發(fā)現(xiàn)左足一腫塊,約鴿蛋大小,無壓痛、無發(fā)熱等不適反應(yīng)。�？魄闆r:左足背可捫及一腫塊,大小約30mm×10mm,皮膚隆起,質(zhì)中,光滑,無壓痛,與周圍無明顯邊界。超聲檢查:左足背包塊處可見一低回聲區(qū),大小約34mm×11mm,邊界尚清,形態(tài)欠規(guī)則,內(nèi)部回聲不均勻,鄰近骨皮質(zhì)連續(xù)性完整,CDFI:腫塊內(nèi)部見豐富彩色血流信號,PSV:20.7cm/s,RI:0.70
[Abstract]:The patient was 59 years old. She accidentally found a lump on her left foot, about the size of a pigeon egg, no tenderness, no fever and other discomfort reactions. Specialty: the left foot can be palpable to a lump, about 30mm 脳 10mm in size, the skin bulges, in substance, smooth, no tenderness, etc. There is no obvious boundary with the surrounding area. Ultrasonic examination: there is a low echo area at the left foot backpack block, the size is about 34mm 脳 11mm, the boundary is clear, the shape is not regular, the internal echo is uneven, the adjacent bone cortical continuity is intact. CDFI: rich color blood flow signal is seen inside the mass: PSV: 20.7 cm / s / r = RIW 0.70
