【摘要】：目的比較腹腔鏡下輸卵管切除術(shù)和輸卵管切開取胚術(shù)治療輸卵管妊娠術(shù)后患者不同的生育結(jié)局。方法回顧性分析腹腔鏡下雙側(cè)輸卵管無明顯粘連的55例接受輸卵管切開取胚術(shù)和50例接受輸卵管切除術(shù)的輸卵管妊娠患者,比較兩種術(shù)式患者術(shù)后再次獲得宮內(nèi)妊娠、術(shù)后持續(xù)性異位妊娠、重復(fù)異位妊娠的差異。結(jié)果腹腔鏡下輸卵管切開取胚術(shù)后組患者宮內(nèi)妊娠(38/55,69.09%)發(fā)生率明顯高于輸卵管切除術(shù)組(25/50,50.00%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩組患者術(shù)后持續(xù)性異位妊娠和重復(fù)異位妊娠的發(fā)生率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。結(jié)論對于雙側(cè)輸卵管外觀無病變、且有生育要求的輸卵管妊娠患者,應(yīng)選擇行腹腔鏡下輸卵管切開取胚術(shù),對于患者術(shù)后生育力更為有利。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the different reproductive outcomes between laparoscopic salpingotomy and salpingotomy in the treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods 55 cases of oviduct receiving oviduct transfusion were retrospectively analyzed. Tube incision and embryo extraction and 50 cases of tubal pregnancy undergoing salpingotomy, The two methods of operation were compared to obtain intrauterine pregnancy again, postoperative persistent ectopic pregnancy, Results the incidence of intrauterine pregnancy was significantly higher in the laparoscopic oviduct incision group than in the salpingotomy group (P 0.05). The incidence of intrauterine pregnancy was significantly higher than that in the salpingotomy group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of double ectopic pregnancy (P < 0.05). Conclusion there is no pathological changes in the appearance of bilateral fallopian tubes. In the case of tubal pregnancy with fertility requirement, laparoscopic oviductal incision and embryo extraction should be performed, which is more beneficial to the patient's fertility after operation.
