【摘要】：正患者男,44歲。因"偶有右胸胸悶、疼痛,伴有間歇性咳嗽,無咳痰、咯血2年"入院。既往乙肝肝炎病史。體檢:胸廓無畸形,無叩擊痛,右肺中葉呼吸音減弱,未聞及干、濕性Up音,右側胸膜摩擦音。CT檢查:平掃示右肺中葉一大小約11.6 cm×9.9 cm高密度腫塊影,其內密度不均,可見斑點狀鈣化,邊緣光整,可見壓跡,右肺中葉支氣管受壓,右側胸腔積液;增強掃描腫塊呈不均勻中度延遲強化,其內可見
[Abstract]:The patient was 44 years old. He was admitted to hospital because of "occasional right chest tightness, pain, intermittent cough, no expectoration, hemoptysis for 2 years". History of hepatitis B. physical examination: no deformity of chest, no percussion pain, weak respiratory sound in the middle lobe of the right lung, no smell or dry, Wet up tone, right pleural friction tone. Ct examination: plain scan showed a high density mass of 11.6 cm 脳 9.9 cm in size in the middle lobe of the right lung, with uneven density, speckle calcification, smooth margin, visible indentation, compression of the middle lobe bronchus of the right lung.
