雙能CT在增強(qiáng)檢查中的應(yīng)用:體模研究

【摘要】:目的探討雙能CT(DECT)成像技術(shù)在增強(qiáng)檢查中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法將濃度不同的碘乙醇溶液和碘水溶液封裝于塑料試管中,按順序固定后浸浴在裝滿水的截面近似橢圓、周長(zhǎng)為86cm的尼龍復(fù)合膜中制成體模原型。于Siemens Somatom Definition Flash掃描儀分別采用常規(guī)上腹部條件進(jìn)行單能和DECT掃描。于專(zhuān)用圖像工作站采用Liver VNC軟件測(cè)量各溶液的碘濃度,并回顧性重建權(quán)重為0.5的線性混合圖像、最優(yōu)非線性混合圖像(OCM)和CNR最大的單能量圖像。結(jié)果兩種溶液碘濃度測(cè)量值與理論值均呈強(qiáng)相關(guān)(r=0.998、0.999,P均0.001),但相對(duì)誤差較大(最大值25.00%)。OCM圖像和65keV單能量圖像的CNR碘濃度比均顯著高于120kVp圖像(P0.001)。結(jié)論 DECT可準(zhǔn)確區(qū)分不同碘溶液的濃度,應(yīng)用于增強(qiáng)檢查可提高圖像質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the application value of dual-energy CT-DECT imaging technique in enhancement examination. Methods the different concentrations of iodoethanol solution and iodine aqueous solution were encapsulated in plastic test tube, and then fixed in sequence, then immersed in the ellipse of the section filled with water. The phantom prototype of nylon composite membrane with a circumference of 86 cm was made. The single energy and DECT scans were performed in the Siemens Somatom Definition Flash scanner under conventional upper abdominal conditions. The iodine concentration of each solution was measured by Liver VNC software in a special image workstation. And retrospective reconstruction of linear mixed images with a weight of 0.5, Results the measured values of iodine concentration of the two solutions were strongly correlated with the theoretical values, but the relative error was larger (the maximum value was 25.00%) and the CNR iodine concentration of 65keV single energy image was higher than that of the single energy image of 65keV. The degree ratio was significantly higher than that in 120kVp image (P 0.001). Conclusion DECT can accurately distinguish the concentration of different iodine solutions. Image quality can be improved when applied to enhancement check.
