【摘要】：目的:利用MRI評(píng)價(jià)健康育齡期未育女性子宮的影像表現(xiàn)及其在不同月經(jīng)周期的變化等。方法:利用西門子1.5T磁共振對(duì)100名月經(jīng)規(guī)律的健康育齡期未育女性行盆腔掃描,測量子宮正中矢狀位宮底部及宮體前后壁肌層厚度、子宮內(nèi)膜厚度并利用單因素方差分析法分析其在不同月經(jīng)周期的變化,同時(shí)評(píng)估子宮的傾斜度及彎曲度。結(jié)果:測量處子宮底部肌層厚度為(1.18±0.22)cm,子宮前后壁肌層厚度分別約為(1.44±0.24)cm、(1.37±0.32)cm,宮底部肌層較宮體部薄,子宮前后壁肌層厚度無明顯差異。子宮內(nèi)膜自卵泡期、排卵期、黃體期逐漸增厚,厚度分別約為(0.58±0.19)cm、(0.92±0.25)cm、(1.21±0.26)cm。在100名健康志愿者中子宮前傾62例,直立位27例,后傾11例;前屈位62例,平直位6例,后屈32例。結(jié)論:明確健康育齡期未生育的女性子宮肌層及內(nèi)膜厚度及其位置,可以與生育后女性子宮作對(duì)比并可為磁共振波譜的研究感興趣容積的設(shè)置提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the imaging manifestations of unfertile women and their changes in different menstrual cycles by MRI. Methods: pelvic scans were performed on 100 unfertile women with normal menstrual cycle by Siemens 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging. The thickness of myometrium and endometrium in the medial sagittal position of uterus and the anterior and posterior wall of uterine body were measured, and the changes in menstrual cycle were analyzed by single factor variance analysis. Results: the thickness of myometrium at the bottom of uterus was 1.18 鹵0.22 cm, the thickness of muscular layer of anterior and posterior wall of uterus was 1.44 鹵0.24 cm and 1.37 鹵0.32 cm, respectively. The myometrium of the bottom of uterus was thinner than that of uterine body. There was no significant difference in the thickness of myometrium between anterior and posterior wall of uterus. The thickness of endometrium increased gradually from follicular phase, ovulation stage and luteal phase, and the thickness was 0.92 鹵0.25 cm ~ (-1) 鹵0.26 cm ~ (-1) respectively. In 100 healthy volunteers, there were 62 cases of anteversion of uterus, 27 cases of upright position, 11 cases of retroversion, 62 cases of anterior flexion, 62 cases of anterior flexion, 62 cases of anterior flexion, 62 cases of anteversion of uterus, 27 cases of vertical position and 11 cases of retroversion. Conclusion: the thickness and location of the myometrium and endometrium of healthy childbearing women were determined in 6 cases of straight position and 32 cases of retroflexion. It can be compared with the female uterus after birth and can provide the basis for the setting of the volume of interest in the study of magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
