【摘要】：目的:探討胎兒卵圓孔提前閉合對(duì)妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法:收集2011年4月至2014年8月在我院分娩的6例妊娠合并胎兒卵圓孔提前閉合的病例資料,分析胎兒卵圓孔早閉時(shí)間和程度與妊娠結(jié)局的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:6例中有3例胎兒卵圓孔部分閉鎖,其中2例分別于孕27周、29周B超檢查發(fā)現(xiàn),至足月后剖宮產(chǎn)分娩,新生兒存活,預(yù)后良好,另1例于孕24周B超檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)胎兒卵圓孔部分閉鎖合并室壁增厚、心包積液,予中期引產(chǎn)。3例胎兒B超檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)卵圓孔完全閉鎖,合并右心增大、心包積液等,予立即剖宮產(chǎn)終止妊娠,1例新生兒存活,2例死亡。結(jié)論:胎兒卵圓孔提前閉合如未合并其他心臟畸形,提示胎兒預(yù)后可能良好;如同時(shí)伴發(fā)其他畸形,提示預(yù)后可能不佳。同時(shí),妊娠結(jié)局可能與其出現(xiàn)的孕周以及是否完全閉合有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of early closure of foramen ovale on the outcome of pregnancy. Methods: from April 2011 to August 2014, 6 cases of pregnancy complicated with premature closure of foramen ovale were collected. Results among 6 cases, 3 cases had partial atresia of foramen ovale, 2 of them were examined by B-mode ultrasonography at 27 weeks and 29 weeks after gestation, and the newborn survived after cesarean section after full term delivery, 2 of the 6 cases were found to have partial atresia of the foramen ovale. The prognosis was good. Another case was found to have partial atresia of foramen ovale with thickening of ventricular wall and pericardial effusion during 24 weeks of gestation. In 3 cases of induced labor induced by fetal B ultrasound, complete atresia of foramen ovale, enlargement of right heart, pericardial effusion were found. Conclusion: the early closure of foetal foramen ovale without other cardiac malformation may indicate that the fetal prognosis may be good, if other malformations are accompanied by fetal foramen ovale. It suggests that the prognosis may be poor, and the outcome of pregnancy may be related to the gestational age and the complete closure of the pregnancy.
