【摘要】：目的探討三維超聲計(jì)算機(jī)輔助虛擬臟器分析(VOCAL)技術(shù)對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)胎兒透明隔腔(CSP)發(fā)育的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法應(yīng)用三維超聲VOCAL技術(shù)對(duì)20~38周正常胎兒共212胎進(jìn)行CSP容積測(cè)量,評(píng)價(jià)胎兒CSP的發(fā)育情況。結(jié)果對(duì)212胎正常胎兒均應(yīng)用VOCAL技術(shù)成功測(cè)得CSP容積數(shù)據(jù)。胎兒CSP寬度與胎兒孕周、雙頂徑(BPD)、頭圍(HC)及小腦橫徑存在相關(guān)性(r=0.47、0.50、0.46、0.50,P均0.05);胎兒CSP前后徑與胎兒孕周、BPD、HC及小腦橫徑存在相關(guān)性(r=0.57、0.61、0.55、0.61,P均0.05);胎兒CSP容積與胎兒孕周、BPD、HC及小腦橫徑存在相關(guān)性(r=0.45、0.48、0.44、0.50,P均0.05)。結(jié)論通過(guò)三維超聲VOCAL技術(shù)可立體顯示胎兒CSP,從而評(píng)價(jià)其發(fā)育情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of three-dimensional ultrasound computer aided virtual organ analysis (Vacal) in evaluating the development of fetal clear septal cavity (CSP). Methods Three-dimensional ultrasound VOCAL technique was used to measure the CSP volume of 212 normal fetuses at 20 ~ 38 weeks of age. Results the volume data of CSP were measured successfully by VOCAL technique in all normal fetuses of 212 fetuses. The width of fetal CSP and gestational weeks of fetuses were measured successfully. There was a correlation between the diameter of CSP and the transverse diameter of the cerebellum. There was a correlation between the anteroposterior diameters of fetal CSP and the transverse diameter of fetal BPDD and the transverse diameter of cerebellum. There was a correlation between the diameter of fetal CSP and the diameter of fetal BPDH and the transverse diameter of cerebellum. There was a correlation between the volume of fetal CSP and the diameter of BPDHC and the transverse diameter of cerebellum in gestational weeks. There was a correlation between the anterior and posterior diameters of fetal CSP, BPDHC and transverse diameter of cerebellar cerebellum, and the correlativity of CSP volume with BPDHC of gestational weeks and transverse diameter of cerebellum. The development of fetal CSP can be evaluated by three-dimensional ultrasound VOCAL technique.
