【摘要】：目的:分析健康成年人左心室整體和局部心肌力學參數(shù)及性別差異。方法:連續(xù)選取2015年10月至2016年8月于烏爾姆大學醫(yī)院進行1.5 T心臟磁共振檢查的健康成年男、女性各50名。進行穩(wěn)態(tài)自由進動序列成像并半自動地勾畫出左心室心內(nèi)、外膜位置后,使用組織追蹤技術測量左心室整體和局部(基底段、中間段和心尖段)心肌在徑向、周向和縱向的應變、應變率、位移、位移速度、扭轉和扭轉率峰值,采用t檢驗或非參數(shù)檢驗比較性別差異。結果:(1)女性整體和局部心肌應變、應變率的峰值水平均高于男性;(2)女性中間段心肌縱向位移的峰值水平高于男性;(3)女性整體和中間段心肌縱向位移速度的峰值水平高于男性;(4)扭轉和扭轉率均未見顯著性別差異。結論:女性左心室整體和局部的部分力學參數(shù)水平高于男性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the global and local myocardial mechanical parameters and sex differences of left ventricle in healthy adults. Methods: healthy adult men who underwent 1.5T cardiac magnetic resonance examination from October 2015 to August 2016 in Ulm University Hospital were selected. Fifty women each underwent steady-state free-precession sequence imaging and semi-automatic mapping of the position of the left ventricular endocardium and adventitia. The whole and local myocardium of the left ventricle (basal segment, middle segment and apical segment) were measured by tissue tracing technique in radial direction. Circumferential and longitudinal strain, strain rate, displacement, displacement velocity, torsion and torsion rate peak. T test or nonparametric test were used to compare the sex difference. The peak level of strain rate is higher than that of male (2) the peak value of longitudinal displacement in female middle segment is higher than that in male (3) the peak level of longitudinal displacement in female and middle segment is higher than that in male (4) the rate of torsion and torsion is not found. Conclusion: the partial mechanical parameters of the left ventricle in women are higher than those in men.
