【摘要】：正患者女,26歲,因胸部外傷檢查偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)右下胸部包塊。既往健康狀況良好。體檢:P82次/分,Bp120/85mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),體溫36°C。腹平軟,無(wú)明顯壓痛及反跳痛,肝脾肋下未及。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)8.2×10~9/l、中性粒細(xì)胞比值86.6%、中性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)7.66×10~9/l、淋巴細(xì)胞比值6.3%。影像檢查:DR平片示右下肺野膈上類(lèi)圓形軟組織密度影,上部邊界清晰光整,下部向下延伸與膈肌重疊,邊界不清
[Abstract]:The female patient was 26 years old. She found the mass of the right lower chest by chance after chest trauma examination. She was in good health in the past.
