【摘要】：正病例資料患者,男,87歲。1個(gè)月前出現(xiàn)腰部及左下肢持續(xù)性疼痛,在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院查MRI示L5/S1水平椎管內(nèi)神經(jīng)源性腫瘤,神經(jīng)鞘瘤可能,以"L5-S1椎管內(nèi)占位"收入本院。體格檢查示右下肢肌張力增高,右下肢肌力IV級(jí),左下肢感覺減退,lasegue征陰性。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查未見異常。MRI示:L5-S1水平椎管左側(cè)見團(tuán)塊狀長(zhǎng)T1稍長(zhǎng)T2信號(hào),病變穿過左側(cè)椎間孔區(qū)達(dá)椎管外,呈"啞
[Abstract]:The patient was 87 years old. He developed persistent pain in the waist and left lower extremity one month ago. MRI at the local hospital showed neurogenic tumors in the spinal canal at the L5 / S1 level. The neurilemmoma may be, "L5-S1 intraspinal space occupation" was admitted to our hospital. The physical examination showed that the muscular tension of the right lower extremity was increased, the muscle strength of the right lower extremity was grade IV, and the left lower extremity sensorimetry was negative. The laboratory examination showed no abnormality. MRI showed that the mass of long T 1, slightly longer T 2 signal was seen on the left side of the spinal canal at the level of L5-S1. The lesion passed through the left intervertebral foramen to the outside of the spinal canal and was "dumb".
