【摘要】：目的:研究髕內(nèi)側(cè)滑膜皺襞及軟骨損傷的MRI表現(xiàn)。方法:對30例MRI檢查提示髕內(nèi)側(cè)滑膜皺襞陽性者分四型,軟骨損傷分五級,分析兩種檢查所得髕內(nèi)側(cè)滑膜皺襞分型和軟骨損傷分級差異有無顯著性。結(jié)果:髕內(nèi)側(cè)滑膜皺襞分型:A型(n=3)呈線條狀,緊貼股骨內(nèi)側(cè)髁;B型(n=13)呈棚架狀,未覆蓋股骨內(nèi)髁前內(nèi)側(cè);C型(n=8)呈棚架狀,部分或全部覆蓋股骨內(nèi)髁前內(nèi)側(cè);D型(n=2)表現(xiàn)與C型相似,但皺襞內(nèi)有裂隙樣異常信號。軟骨損傷MRI分級為0級(n=10)、Ⅰ級(n=2)、Ⅱ級(n=7)、Ⅲ級(n=7)、Ⅳ級(n=4)。兩種檢查所得髕內(nèi)側(cè)滑膜皺襞分型和軟骨損傷分級差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:MRI檢查可作為滑膜皺襞術(shù)前評估的可靠手段,且對形態(tài)學(xué)異常的軟骨損傷定量分級。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the MRI findings of medial patellar synovial plica and cartilage injury. Methods: 30 cases of medial patellar synovial fold positive by MRI were divided into four types and cartilage injury was divided into five grades. Results: the classification of medial patellar synovial fold type 1: a) was linear, and the type B of medial femoral condyle was scaffold type 13 (P < 0 05), the results showed that there were significant differences between the two types of medial patellar synovial plica classification and cartilage injury grade. Type C of the anterior medial femoral condyle without covering the medial femoral condyle was scaffold, and the type D of the medial anterior condyle of the femur covered partially or completely was similar to that of the type C.
