【摘要】：目的:探討常規(guī)MRI聯(lián)合最小ADC值鑒別診斷頸部轉(zhuǎn)移性淋巴結(jié)與淋巴瘤的價值。方法:回顧性分析經(jīng)病理組織學(xué)證實的10例(26個病灶)頸部淋巴瘤和18例(34個病灶)轉(zhuǎn)移性淋巴結(jié)患者的MRI圖像特點,同時測量并比較頸部淋巴瘤與轉(zhuǎn)移性淋巴結(jié)的最小ADC值。結(jié)果:頸部淋巴瘤組囊變發(fā)生率(8%)低于轉(zhuǎn)移性淋巴結(jié)組(53%,P0.05);淋巴瘤組病灶周圍滲出發(fā)生率(27%)低于轉(zhuǎn)移性淋巴結(jié)(38%,P0.05)。淋巴瘤組最小ADC值低于轉(zhuǎn)移性淋巴結(jié)組最小ADC值,分別為(0.58±0.12)×10~(-3)mm~2/s、(0.76±0.16)×10~(-3)mm~2/s,兩者間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:常規(guī)MRI聯(lián)合最小ADC值有助于鑒別診斷頸部轉(zhuǎn)移性淋巴結(jié)與淋巴瘤。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the value of conventional MRI combined with minimum ADC value in differential diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes and lymphoma in the neck. Methods: retrospective analysis was made in 10 cases (26 lesions) and 18 cases (34 lesions) of cervical lymphoma proved by histopathology. MRI features of metastatic lymph nodes, At the same time, the minimum ADC values of cervical lymphoma and metastatic lymph nodes were measured and compared. Results: the incidence of cystic degeneration in the cervical lymphoma group was 8% lower than that in the metastatic lymph node group (P 0.05), and the incidence of perifocal exudation in the lymphoma group was 27% lower than that in the metastatic lymph node group. The minimum ADC value in lymphoma group was lower than that in metastatic lymph node group. It was 0.58 鹵0.12 脳 10 ~ (-1) 脳 10 ~ (-3) / m ~ (-2) / s, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: routine MRI combined with minimum ADC value is helpful for differential diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes and lymphomas in the neck.
