動態(tài)對比增強磁共振成像對腦膠質(zhì)瘤微血管通透性評價

【摘要】:目的探討動態(tài)對比增強磁共振成像對腦膠質(zhì)瘤微血管通透性的定量評價價值。方法總共38例病理證實膠質(zhì)瘤患者使用3.0T磁共振儀器進行包括動態(tài)對比增強的磁共振檢查,獲得膠質(zhì)瘤容積轉(zhuǎn)運常數(shù)(Ktrans)和血管外細胞外間隙容積比(Ve)的最大值。不同級別膠質(zhì)瘤的Ktrans值和Ve值的差異;Ktrans值、Ve值和膠質(zhì)瘤分級之間的相關(guān)性進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結(jié)果Ⅱ級膠質(zhì)瘤Ktrans值(0.028±0.011 min-1)與Ve值(0.081±0.044)均低于Ⅲ級(0.105±0.025 min-1,0.456±0.079)和Ⅳ級(0.138±0.053 min-1,0.512±0.112),差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01),而Ⅲ級和Ⅳ級之間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。Ktrans值、Ve值和膠質(zhì)瘤分級,Ktrans值和Ve值均呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.001)。結(jié)論動態(tài)對比增強磁共振成像可以定量評價腦膠質(zhì)瘤微血管通透性并可用于膠質(zhì)瘤術(shù)前分級。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging in quantitative evaluation of microvascular permeability in gliomas. Methods A total of 38 patients with pathologically proved gliomas were performed with 3.0T MRI instrument including dynamic contrast enhancement. Strong MRI.
