【摘要】：正患者男,47歲,因"頭痛2周"入院。全身檢查未發(fā)現(xiàn)異常。血常規(guī)及血細胞計數(shù)正常,腦脊液細胞學檢查示淋巴細胞比例85%,嗜酸性粒細胞1%。顱腦MRI示幕上及幕下腦實質內不均勻分布多個大小不等的結節(jié),多數(shù)結節(jié)周圍可見輕度水腫。與腦白質相比,結節(jié)表現(xiàn)出不同的MR信號特征(圖1A~1C):(1)T1WI呈不均勻高信號,T2WI呈不均勻低信號,增強后中等
[Abstract]:Is 47 year old male patient, headache for 2 weeks before admission. Systemic examination found no abnormalities. Blood routine and blood counts were normal, cerebrospinal fluid cytology examination showed 85% of the proportion of lymphocytes, eosinophils 1%. brain MRI showed cerebral supratentorial and infratentorial uneven distribution in multiple sizes of the most nodules. Around the nodules visible mild edema.
