【摘要】：目的評估不同TI-RADS分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對甲狀腺癌的診斷價值。方法對99例甲狀腺結(jié)節(jié)(共111個結(jié)節(jié),均經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實(shí))患者的術(shù)前超聲檢查資料,按目前國際比較認(rèn)可的三種TIRADS分級方法進(jìn)行分級,比較三種分級方法對甲狀腺癌的鑒別診斷價值。結(jié)果經(jīng)ROC曲線分析:三種分級方法曲線下面積分別為0.469、0.663、0.668,截?cái)嘀捣謩e為TI-RADS 4、TI-RADS4b、TI-RADS 4b,評估甲狀腺癌的靈敏度、特異度分別為5.6%、100%(P0.05),36.7%、90.5%(P0.05),36.7%、90.5%(P0.05)。結(jié)論三種分級方法對甲狀腺癌評估的靈敏度較低、特異度較高,其中對甲狀腺癌的診斷價值Park作者的分級方法相對另兩種方法低。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of different TI-RADS grading standards for thyroid carcinoma. Methods 99 cases of thyroid nodules (a total of 111 nodules were confirmed by surgery and pathology) in patients with preoperative ultrasound examination data were graded by three kinds of TIRADS classification method of current international recognized, more than three kinds of classification methods in differential diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma the value. The results analyzed by ROC curve: area curves of three kinds of classification methods were 0.469,0.663,0.668, cut-off values were TI-RADS 4, TI-RADS4b, TI-RADS 4b, to evaluate the sensitivity of thyroid cancer, the specificity was 5.6%, 100%, 36.7%, 90.5% (P0.05) (P0.05), 36.7%, 90.5% (P0.05) sensitivity. Conclusion three kinds of evaluation methods for thyroid cancer is low, high specificity, the classification and diagnosis value of Park of thyroid cancer relative to the other two methods.
