【摘要】：目的:探討臨床藥師在兒童危重癥抗感染治療中的作用,為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法:結(jié)合相關(guān)典型案例,介紹臨床藥師在兒童危重癥抗感染治療決策制訂中的藥學(xué)服務(wù)切入點(diǎn)。結(jié)果:臨床藥師可以結(jié)合病原微生物學(xué)檢查結(jié)果制訂多藥耐藥病原菌抗感染治療方案、以藥動(dòng)學(xué)/藥效學(xué)為工具優(yōu)化抗感染用藥方案、排除藥品不良反應(yīng)對(duì)兒科抗感染治療的干擾,以及在充分遵循指南的同時(shí)兼顧患兒家庭的經(jīng)濟(jì)因素為切入點(diǎn),為醫(yī)師提出切實(shí)可行的抗感染治療方案。結(jié)論:臨床藥師運(yùn)用自身所掌握的藥學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí),在兒童危重癥抗感染治療中開(kāi)展藥學(xué)服務(wù),可充分發(fā)揮專(zhuān)業(yè)協(xié)助作用,確保治療過(guò)程的安全、有效、經(jīng)濟(jì)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the role of clinical pharmacists in critical anti-infection treatment in children, and to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: combined with some typical cases, the starting point of pharmaceutical care for clinical pharmacists in the decision-making of critical anti-infection treatment in children was introduced. Results: combined with the results of pathogen microbiological examination, clinical pharmacists can formulate the anti-infection treatment plan of multi-drug resistant pathogens, optimize the anti-infective drug use scheme with pharmacokinetics / pharmacology as a tool, eliminate the interference of adverse drug reactions to paediatric anti-infection treatment, and take into account the economic factors of children's family while fully following the guidelines, so as to put forward a feasible anti-infection treatment plan for doctors. Conclusion: clinical pharmacists can give full play to the role of professional assistance and ensure the safety, effectiveness and economy of the treatment process by using their own pharmaceutical professional knowledge to carry out pharmaceutical care in the treatment of critical anti-infection in children.
