神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶表達(dá)水平與手足口病合并腦炎的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的探討神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶(Neuron Specific Enolase,NSE)表達(dá)水平與手足口病(Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease,HFMD)合并腦炎的關(guān)系,為臨床的預(yù)防與治療提供更可靠依據(jù)。方法采用計(jì)算機(jī)檢索中文期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(CNKI)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)資源系統(tǒng)(Wanfang Database)、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(VIP)、Pub Med、EMBase、Cochrane Library等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)從建庫(kù)起到2016年7月止的文獻(xiàn)。選用Review Manager 5.3軟件和Stata 12.0軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果最終納入7篇文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行Meta分析,腦炎組共448例,單純HFMD組(普通組)共466例。腦炎組VS普通組的Meta分析顯示,NSE濃度(單位:μg/l)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化均數(shù)差(Standardized Mean Difference,SMD)及95%可信區(qū)間(Confidence Interval,CI)分別為:血清來(lái)源(SMD=1.97,95%CI:1.75~2.19,P0.001),腦脊液來(lái)源(SMD=2.62,95%CI:2.36~2.89,P0.001)。結(jié)論本研究提示NSE濃度在HFMD合并腦炎患兒中顯著升高,兩者具有一定的相關(guān)性,提示檢測(cè)血清NSE濃度可以判斷HFMD患兒病情變化。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the expression of neuron-specific enolase (Neuron Specific Enolase,NSE and hand, foot and mouth disease (Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease,HFMD) complicated with meningitis, and to provide more reliable basis for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods the Chinese periodical full-text database (CNKI), Wanfang data resource system (Wanfang Database), Vipp database (VIP), Pub Med,EMBase,Cochrane Library and other databases were searched by computer from the establishment of the database to July 2016. Review Manager 5.3 software and Stata 12.0 software were used for Meta analysis. Results Meta analysis was carried out in 7 articles. There were 448 cases in the encephalitis group and 466 cases in the simple HFMD group (common group).
