【摘要】：目的探討兒童胸部影像學(xué)肺部結(jié)節(jié)影病因組成及臨床特點(diǎn)。方法回顧分析2014年1月至2016年9月住院并發(fā)現(xiàn)肺部結(jié)節(jié)影患兒的臨床及影像學(xué)資料。結(jié)果 98例患兒中男58例、女40例,年齡0.2~14.8歲。臨床診斷肺部感染41例(41.8%),包括肺結(jié)核15例、肺部真菌感染13例,肺炎11例、肺吸蟲2例;肺轉(zhuǎn)移瘤28例(28.6%);多發(fā)性肺動靜脈瘺1例;肺挫裂傷1例;病因不明27例(27.6%)。結(jié)論肺部結(jié)節(jié)影病因復(fù)雜,以感染性疾病多見,其次為肺轉(zhuǎn)移瘤;肺活檢病理檢查結(jié)果為診斷金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
