【摘要】：目的了解湖北7~18歲學(xué)生超重與肥胖流行現(xiàn)狀及主要影響因素。方法運用2014年湖北省體質(zhì)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)計算個體的體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI),分析城鄉(xiāng)、男女以及各年齡之間的差異,并對可能的影響因素進行l(wèi)ogistic回歸分析,篩選出主要影響因素。結(jié)果 7~18歲學(xué)生超重、肥胖分別為1 361、673人,各占11.59%、5.73%;超重、肥胖檢出率男生分別為901、458人,各占15.29%、7.77%,女生分別為460、215人,各占7.87%、3.68%,男生超重肥胖率明顯高于女生,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01);城市超重肥胖分別為798、475人,分別占13.78%、8.20%,鄉(xiāng)村分別為563、198人,分別占9.46%、3.33%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01);對各因素進行l(wèi)ogistic回歸分析,在其他因素固定下,性別、年齡、經(jīng)濟狀況以及是否愿意參加長跑對超重肥胖的發(fā)生有影響。結(jié)論兒童青少年超重肥胖受性別、年齡、城鄉(xiāng)以及運動情況的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of overweight and obesity among 7-18-year-old students in Hubei province and the main influencing factors. Methods the body mass index (BMI),) of individuals was calculated using the physical fitness survey data of Hubei Province in 2014 to analyze the differences between urban and rural areas, men and women, and different ages. The possible influencing factors were analyzed by logistic regression analysis, and the main influencing factors were screened out. Results 1 361673 students (11.59%) and 5.73% (18 years old) were overweight and obese respectively. The positive rates of overweight and obesity were 901458 males (15.29%, 7.77%) and 460215 females (7.87%, 3.68%), respectively. The overweight and obesity rates of male students were significantly higher than that of female students (P0.01). Urban overweight and obesity were 798475, accounting for 13.78%, 8.20%, 563198, respectively, accounting for 9.46%, 3.33%, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01); Logistic regression analysis showed that gender, age, economic status and willingness to take part in long-distance running had an effect on the occurrence of overweight and obesity under other factors. Conclusion overweight and obesity in children and adolescents are affected by sex, age, urban and rural areas and sports.
