【摘要】：免疫功能低下和病原菌暴露是造成兒童反復(fù)呼吸道感染的主要原因,多采用免疫調(diào)節(jié)劑治療。益生菌可以通過多種途徑參與局部和全身的免疫調(diào)節(jié),包括定植抵抗力、增強(qiáng)自然殺傷細(xì)胞的數(shù)量與活性、釋放細(xì)胞因子、提高抗體應(yīng)答等。資料顯示,益生菌可以減少呼吸道感染患病次數(shù),減輕癥狀的嚴(yán)重度,縮短病程,減少抗生素使用和缺席(日托/上學(xué))的時(shí)間。作為減少兒童呼吸道感染切實(shí)可行的方法,益生菌治療中合適的菌株、用量、使用頻數(shù)和療程仍須進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Low immune function and pathogen exposure are the main causes of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children, and most of them are treated with immunomodulator. Probiotics can participate in local and systemic immune regulation through many ways, including colonization resistance, enhancement of the number and activity of natural killer cells, release of cytokines, enhancement of antibody response, and so on. Data show that probiotics can reduce the number of respiratory tract infections, reduce the severity of symptoms, shorten the course of disease, reduce the use of antibiotics and absence (day care / school) time. As a feasible method to reduce respiratory tract infection in children, the suitable strains, dosage, frequency and course of treatment of probiotics should be further studied.
