【摘要】：目的：本研究以消食導(dǎo)滯，和胃降逆治病原理，提供小兒推拿手法配合穴位按壓的技術(shù)操作規(guī)范，用以治療小兒傷食嘔吐的應(yīng)用研究，即提高中醫(yī)臨床醫(yī)療技術(shù)水平，更便于推廣。 方法：臨床研究采用60例傷食嘔吐患兒，隨機分為治療組30例和對照組30例進行觀察研究，治療組給予推拿療法配合健胃消食口服液口服，隨癥加減:腹脹者配揉中脘；大便秘結(jié)或瀉下酸臭配天樞、臍。胃寒而兼?zhèn)痴撸挛锼岢舨幻黠@，苔多白膩選加推三關(guān)、推天柱骨，以溫中散寒，和胃降逆；偏食滯蘊而化熱者，選加六腑、外勞宮以清熱和胃降逆。對照組給予健胃消食口服液治療。并分別記錄治療前、后患兒的癥狀體征及主癥積分，，將測定數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析。 結(jié)果：本文通過對小兒推拿治療傷食嘔吐臨床觀察和研究，結(jié)果顯示治療組臨床治愈率為53.3%，顯效率33.3%，有效率為10%，總有效率為96.6%，對照組的臨床痊愈為26.7%，顯效率40.0%，有效率為6.7%，總有效率為73.3%，p0.05，治療組明顯優(yōu)于對照組，且無不良反應(yīng)。 結(jié)論：應(yīng)用此推拿法配合健胃消食口服液治療小兒傷食型嘔吐療效明顯優(yōu)于單純口服健胃消食口服液之傷食嘔吐患兒。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study is to provide the technical practice of treating infantile massage with acupoint pressing in order to improve the level of clinical medical technology of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), based on the principle of dissipating food and guiding stagnation, and the principle of reducing stomach and reducing inverse disease, and to provide the technical standard of massage and massage in children with acupoint pressing. It is easier to popularize. Methods: in the clinical study, 60 children were randomly divided into the treatment group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). The patients in the treatment group were treated with massage therapy combined with Jianwei Xiaoyi oral liquid, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with massage combined with oral administration of Jianwei Xiaoyi oral liquid. In the control group, the clinical recovery rate was 26.7%, the obvious effective rate was 40.0%, the effective rate was 6.7%, the total effective rate was 73.3%, p0.05, the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group, and there was no adverse reaction. Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of this massage combined with Jianwei Xiaoyi oral liquid is better than that of simple oral Jianwei Xiaoyi oral liquid in the treatment of infantile traumatic vomiting.
