【摘要】：目的:探討并分析兒童骨折的發(fā)病原因及相關(guān)影響因素,為降低兒童骨折的發(fā)生率提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:以重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬兒童醫(yī)院2012年1月~2014年12月收治的6775例骨折兒童為研究對象,統(tǒng)計骨折兒童的年齡和性別、骨折發(fā)生的時間和季節(jié)、以及骨折的部位和類型等基本信息,分析并總結(jié)兒童骨折的特點(diǎn)、發(fā)生原因及相關(guān)影響因素。結(jié)果:6775例共8610處兒童骨折中,男4450例,女2325例,男性多于女性,比值約為1.91:1。兒童骨折的好發(fā)年齡為2~5歲。5~10月為兒童骨折的好發(fā)時間,夏秋季是骨折的好發(fā)季節(jié)。上肢占骨折總數(shù)的46.5%,下肢占骨折總數(shù)的21.7%,上肢是兒童骨折的最常見部位,肱骨髁上骨折是兒童骨折最常見的骨折類型。兒童骨折的主要原因?yàn)樗④嚨渹透咛帀嬄鋫�。結(jié)論:為降低兒童骨折的發(fā)生率,我們應(yīng)從年齡、性別、季節(jié)、骨折好發(fā)地點(diǎn)等方面采取有重點(diǎn)性、針對性、計劃性的預(yù)防措施,家庭、學(xué)校、社會及相關(guān)部門應(yīng)相互協(xié)作,共同努力,為兒童健康成長創(chuàng)造良好的環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore and analyze the causes and related factors of fracture in children, and to provide scientific basis for reducing the incidence of fracture in children. Methods: from January 2012 to December 2014, 6775 cases of children with fracture were treated in affiliated Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. The age, sex, time and season of fracture were analyzed. The characteristics, causes and related factors of fracture in children were analyzed and summarized. Results: of the 8610 fractures in 6775 children, 4450 were male and 2325 female, the ratio of male to female was about 1.91: 1. The most common age of fracture in children is 2 ~ 5 years old. The time of fracture in children is from May to October, and it is the season of fracture in summer and autumn. The upper limb accounted for 46.5% of the total fracture, the lower limb accounted for 21.7% of the total fracture. The upper limb was the most common part of the fracture in children, and the supracondylar fracture of the humerus was the most common fracture type in children. The main causes of children's fractures are falls, car accidents and falls. Conclusion: in order to reduce the incidence of fracture in children, we should take important, targeted and planned preventive measures in terms of age, sex, season, location of fracture and so on. The family, school, society and related departments should cooperate with each other. Make joint efforts to create a good environment for the healthy growth of children.
