2014—2015年馬鞍山市學齡前兒童飲食模式及與執(zhí)行功能的相關(guān)性研究
[Abstract]:Objective to describe the types of dietary patterns in preschool children, to understand the occurrence of abnormal executive function and to explore the relationship between them. Methods from April 2014 to June 2015, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 12363 preschool children aged 3 to 5 years old in 91 kindergartens in Maanshan City. The executive function evaluation scale (BRIEF-P) of preschool children was used to assess the development of executive function of children. The dietary pattern of children was evaluated by (FFQ). The relationship between dietary pattern and executive function dysplasia of preschool children was analyzed by using two classification non-conditional regression model. Results the higher the age of preschool children, the higher the educational level of parents, the lower the score of executive function (P 0.05). Preschool children's dietary patterns can be divided into five types. " The less dietary intake of processing type, beverage type and snack type, the higher the intake of vegetarian and healthy diet, and the lower the score of executive function (P0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed, A "processed" diet (OR=1.44,95%CI 1.20 1.72), a "drink type" diet (OR=1.22,95%CI 1.03) and a "snack" diet (OR=1.28,95%CI 1.08L 1.52) were risk factors for functional performance. "Vegetarian" diet (OR=0.80,95%CI 0.670.95) and "healthy" diet (OR=0.84,95%CI 0.71 ~ 0.98) were protective factors of executive function. Conclusion the executive function of preschool children is closely related to the dietary pattern, and the dietary patterns of "vegetarian" and "healthy" are beneficial to the development of executive function of preschool children.
