【摘要】：目的：觀察健脾益腎法治療特發(fā)性矮小患兒的臨床療效,探討其作用機(jī)制,評(píng)價(jià)中醫(yī)藥治療本病的臨床價(jià)值,豐富中醫(yī)治療學(xué)內(nèi)容。 方法：60例(2010年9月～2011年12月)病例均來(lái)自江蘇省中醫(yī)院兒科門(mén)診,分治療組與空白對(duì)照組,各30例,進(jìn)行治療前后的療效對(duì)比。 結(jié)果：健脾益腎方藥治療特發(fā)性身材矮小患兒的總有效率為68.13%。治療后患兒身高、生長(zhǎng)速度與治療前相比,有顯著差異,食欲不振、毛發(fā)稀疏、形體消瘦、大便不調(diào)、畏寒怕冷等中醫(yī)癥候與治療前相比,也有極顯著差異,在治療3個(gè)月即體現(xiàn)其優(yōu)勢(shì)。但6個(gè)月后骨齡增長(zhǎng)無(wú)明顯差異。治療前后未出現(xiàn)明顯不良反應(yīng)。健脾益腎方的治療費(fèi)用較低,為大多數(shù)患兒家長(zhǎng)所接受,具有較好的臨床意義。 結(jié)論：特發(fā)性身材矮小患兒存在脾腎不足的病理機(jī)制,健脾益腎法是治療特發(fā)性身材矮小患兒的有效治則,中醫(yī)藥治療本病有一定的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney in treating children with idiopathic dwarfism, to explore its mechanism, to evaluate the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in treating this disease, and to enrich the contents of TCM therapy. Methods: 60 cases (from September 2010 to December 2011) were divided into treatment group and blank control group (n = 30). The therapeutic effects were compared before and after treatment. Results: the total effective rate of invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney was 68.13 in children with idiopathic short stature. After treatment, there were significant differences in height and growth rate between the children after treatment and before treatment. There were also significant differences between before treatment and before treatment, such as loss of appetite, sparse hair, thin body, unadjusted defecation, fear of cold, and so on. Its advantage is demonstrated in 3 months of treatment. But there was no significant difference in bone age after 6 months. There was no obvious adverse reaction before and after treatment. The treatment cost of Jianpi Yishen prescription is lower, which is accepted by most parents of children, and has good clinical significance. Conclusion: there is pathological mechanism of deficiency of spleen and kidney in children with idiopathic short stature. Strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney is an effective treatment principle for children with idiopathic short stature. Chinese medicine has certain clinical significance in treating this disease.
