【摘要】：目的：觀察和評(píng)價(jià)手足口病治療1號(hào)方治療手足口病邪犯肺脾證（輕癥）的臨床療效及其安全性。 方法：本研究對(duì)符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患兒按1：1隨機(jī)分組：試驗(yàn)組52例，在西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上服用手足口病治療1號(hào)方；對(duì)照組52例，采用單純西藥常規(guī)治療。建立臨床觀察表，分別治療6天，用藥期間每天觀察記錄患兒癥狀、體征改善情況，觀察結(jié)束后，對(duì)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理。 結(jié)果：本次試驗(yàn)試驗(yàn)組總有效率和愈顯率分別為98.0%、94.1%，對(duì)照組則分別為96.1%、80.2%，兩組比較，試驗(yàn)組總療效及臨床愈顯率均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，u檢驗(yàn)；試驗(yàn)組在減少中醫(yī)癥候積分，退熱起效、完全退熱、促進(jìn)皮疹消退以及咳嗽（喘息）、咽痛、泄瀉等癥候的改善方面也優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。 結(jié)論：手足口病治療1號(hào)方治療手足口病邪犯肺脾證療效顯著，能明顯改善癥狀，縮短病程，，且無(wú)不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Hand-Foot-mouth Disease (HFMD) treated with No.1 prescription in treating hand foot-mouth disease with lung and spleen syndrome (mild syndrome). Methods: according to the inclusive criteria, the children in the study were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (52 cases) was treated with traditional western medicine, and the control group (52 cases) was treated with routine western medicine on the basis of routine treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease. The clinical observation table was established and treated for 6 days. During the treatment period, the symptoms and signs of the children were observed and recorded daily. After the observation was finished, the indexes were treated statistically. Results: the total effective rate and the effective rate of the treatment group were 98.0 and 94.1respectively, while that of the control group were 96.1and 80.2.Compared between the two groups, the total curative effect and the clinical obvious rate of the trial group were better than those of the control group. The experimental group was also superior to the control group in reducing TCM symptom score, antipyretic effect, completely reducing fever, promoting exanthema regression and improving cough (wheezing), sore throat, diarrhea and other symptoms. Conclusion: Hand-foot-mouth disease treatment prescription No. 1 has a significant effect on treating hand foot-mouth disease evil invading lung and spleen syndrome, can obviously improve symptoms, shorten the course of disease, and have no adverse reactions.
