【摘要】：目的探討復(fù)方甘草酸苷片治療兒童非酒精性脂肪性肝病的臨床療效。方法將2014年6月至2016年5月就診的65例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患兒隨機(jī)分為復(fù)方甘草酸苷片治療組(n=33)和護(hù)肝片對照治療組(n=32),分別予以口服復(fù)方甘草酸苷片和護(hù)肝片治療24周。兩組患兒均于治療前后檢測血清丙氨酶氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)肽酶(γ-GT)、透明質(zhì)酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前膠原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型膠原(CⅣ)和層黏連蛋白(LN)水平。結(jié)果復(fù)方甘草酸苷片組和護(hù)肝片組治療總有效率分別為85%和50%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患兒血清ALT水平治療后較治療前均顯著下降(P0.05),但復(fù)方甘草酸苷片組較護(hù)肝片組下降更明顯(P0.01);復(fù)方甘草酸苷片組治療后血清γ-GT水平以及肝纖維化四項(xiàng)指標(biāo)(HA、PCⅢ、CⅣ、LN)水平較治療前均得到明顯改善(P0.05),而護(hù)肝片組上述各指標(biāo)水平較治療前均無顯著變化(P0.05)。結(jié)論復(fù)方甘草酸苷片可有效改善非酒精性脂肪性肝病患兒的肝功能,并能降低肝纖維化血清學(xué)指標(biāo)水平;其療效優(yōu)于護(hù)肝片治療。
