寧夏兒童青少年睡眠時(shí)間分布特征及其與超重肥胖的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的了解寧夏地區(qū)兒童青少年睡眠時(shí)間分布特征及其與超重、肥胖的關(guān)系,為有效控制兒童青少年超重肥胖提供參考。方法利用2014年全國青少年體質(zhì)與健康調(diào)研寧夏地區(qū)資料,選取9 853名兒童青少年作為研究對(duì)象,分析睡眠時(shí)間分布特征及其與超重、肥胖的關(guān)系。結(jié)果寧夏兒童青少年睡眠時(shí)間6.0,6.0~6.9,7.0~7.9,≥8.0 h/d的比例分別為13.9%,35.6%,22.3%和28.2%,睡眠不足(8.0 h/d)的比例為71.8%。隨著年齡的增長,自我報(bào)告睡眠持續(xù)時(shí)間充足(≥8.0 h/d)的比例逐漸降低。兒童青少年超重、肥胖率分別為7.4%和2.0%,隨睡眠時(shí)間的增加而減少(χ2值分別為82.020,29.301,P值均0.01)。單因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,不同睡眠時(shí)間對(duì)兒童青少年超重或肥胖率的影響具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。進(jìn)一步調(diào)整年齡和性別后,以睡眠時(shí)間≥8.0 h/d為參照組,睡眠時(shí)間6.0 h/d和6.0~6.9 h/d對(duì)超重率影響有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,OR值分別為1.667(1.224~2.270)和1.363(1.046~1.777)。結(jié)論睡眠不足可能是導(dǎo)致兒童青少年超重、肥胖的危險(xiǎn)因素。為提高兒童青少年的健康,保證充足的睡眠時(shí)間和健康的生活方式是必不可少的。
