【摘要】：目的探討感染輕度胃腸炎伴嬰幼兒良性驚厥臨床特點(diǎn)及預(yù)后。方法選取2008年11月-2015年12月期間醫(yī)院收治的42例輕度胃腸炎伴嬰幼兒良性驚厥患兒為研究對(duì)象,通過查閱病歷等掌握其臨床資料,包括年齡、發(fā)病情況、檢查及治療、預(yù)后等,均采集病史、體檢、輔助檢查包括血常規(guī)、電解質(zhì)、血?dú)�、腦電圖、頭顱CT、腦脊液、大便常規(guī)、大便培養(yǎng)及輪狀病毒檢查;根據(jù)患兒病原學(xué)檢查結(jié)果將其分為輪狀病毒陽性組與陰性組,比較兩組患兒臨床特點(diǎn)及檢查結(jié)果。結(jié)果所有患兒均有胃腸炎的表現(xiàn),病初嘔吐可輕可重,輕度腹瀉,腹瀉多以每日3次以內(nèi)為主占61.90%,體溫正常27例、低熱(38℃內(nèi))11例;9例伴發(fā)熱者行腰穿腦脊液檢查均正常,42例患兒均進(jìn)行大便輪狀病毒檢查19例陽性;急性發(fā)作時(shí)經(jīng)單一止驚藥均能達(dá)到止驚效果,未予以長期抗癲癇治療;全部患兒出院后進(jìn)行1~5年的隨訪,有2例再次出現(xiàn)驚厥,但復(fù)查腦電圖均正常。結(jié)論輕度胃腸炎伴嬰幼兒良性驚厥患兒發(fā)病年齡主要集中于13~24個(gè)月,多發(fā)病于秋冬季節(jié);驚厥表現(xiàn)以單次為主,預(yù)后較好,無需長期采用抗癲癇治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical features and prognosis of mild gastroenteritis with benign convulsion in infants. Methods from November 2008 to December 2015, 42 children with mild gastroenteritis with benign convulsion were selected as study subjects, and their clinical data, including age, incidence, examination and treatment, prognosis and so on, were obtained by consulting medical records. All patients were collected history, physical examination, auxiliary examination, including blood routine examination, electrolyte, blood gas, EEG, head CT, cerebrospinal fluid, stool routine, stool culture and rotavirus examination. The children were divided into rotavirus positive group and negative group according to the results of etiological examination. The clinical characteristics and results of the two groups were compared. Results all the children had gastroenteritis, the initial vomiting was mild or severe, mild diarrhea, diarrhea mostly within 3 times a day accounted for 61.90%, body temperature was normal in 27 cases.
