【摘要】：研究目的：哮喘是兒童時(shí)期最常見的肺系疾病之一,本研究旨在評(píng)價(jià)中藥內(nèi)服聯(lián)合穴位貼敷的治療小兒哮喘緩解期的臨床療效,主要觀察在治療前后的主癥積分和次癥積分等指標(biāo)。 研究方法：選取90例符合支氣管哮喘的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的緩解期的患兒,隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,兩組均45例,在年齡、性別及病情方面兩組患兒在入組前差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),具有可比性。治療組用中藥內(nèi)服聯(lián)合穴位敷貼治療,對(duì)照組采用布地奈德霧化吸入治療；兩組均進(jìn)行3個(gè)月的治療和隨訪；治療和隨訪結(jié)束后,比較兩組患兒主癥積分、次癥積分和中醫(yī)證候總積分的改善的情況,以此比較兩種不同的治療方案來治療小兒哮喘緩解期的臨床效果。 研究結(jié)果： 研究過程中,共完成研究81例,治療組40例,對(duì)照組41例,有脫落病例9例,其中治療組5例,對(duì)照組4例,我們將脫落病例剔除,統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果匯報(bào)如下： 1.在主癥改善方面,在改善呼吸道的感染次數(shù)、哮喘的發(fā)作時(shí)間、哮喘的發(fā)作次數(shù)方面,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)；在改善哮喘發(fā)作程度方面,治療組無(wú)明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)(P0.05)。 2.在次癥積分改善方面,治療組較對(duì)照組有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)(P0.05)。 3.中醫(yī)證候療效評(píng)價(jià),治療組臨床痊愈7例,顯效28例,有效5例,無(wú)效0例,臨床痊愈顯效率為87.5%,總有效率100%,對(duì)照組臨床痊愈2例,顯效10例,有效27例,無(wú)效2例,臨床痊愈顯效率29.26%,總有效率95.12%,治療組較對(duì)照組有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)(P0.05)。 4.治療組在治療和隨訪過程中,未見明顯不良反應(yīng)。 結(jié)論：健脾補(bǔ)腎中藥內(nèi)服聯(lián)合穴位敷貼的治療小兒哮喘緩解期具有肯定的療效,它在改善患兒的遠(yuǎn)期臨床表現(xiàn)方而有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì),可安全使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: asthma is one of the most common pulmonary diseases in childhood. Main symptom score and secondary symptom score were observed before and after treatment. Methods: ninety children with remission period who met the diagnostic criteria of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups before entering the group (P0.05), which was comparable. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application, the control group was treated with budesonide atomization inhalation; the two groups were treated for 3 months and followed up; after treatment and follow-up, the main symptom scores of the two groups were compared. In order to compare the clinical effect of two different treatment schemes in treating children with asthma in remission stage, the improvement of sub-symptom integral and total integral of TCM syndromes were compared. Results: in the course of the study, 81 cases were completed, 40 cases in the treatment group, 41 cases in the control group, 9 cases in the control group, 5 cases in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group. The results are reported as follows: 1. In the main symptoms improvement, in improving respiratory tract infection, asthma attack time, asthma attack times, the treatment group is better than the control group (P0.05), in improving the asthma attack, the treatment group has no significant advantage (P0.05). In terms of the improvement of symptom scores, the treatment group has significant advantages over the control group (P0.05). In the treatment group, 7 cases were cured, 28 cases were effective, 5 cases were effective, 0 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 87.5%, and the total effective rate was 100%. In the control group, 2 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 27 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective. The effective rate of clinical recovery was 29.26 and the total effective rate was 95.12. The treatment group had obvious advantages compared with the control group (P0.05). In the treatment group, no significant adverse reactions were observed during the course of treatment and follow-up. Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine for invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney combined with acupoint application has definite curative effect on children with asthma in remission period. It has obvious advantages in improving the long-term clinical manifestation of children and can be safely used.
