【摘要】：目的觀察孟魯司特片聯(lián)合玉屏風(fēng)顆粒治療兒童過敏性紫癜的臨床療效及安全性。方法將130例過敏性紫癜患兒隨機(jī)分為對照組65例和試驗(yàn)組65例。對照組予以口服孟魯司特,3~4歲4 mg·d~(-1),6歲以上5 mg·d~(-1),每晚睡前給藥一次;試驗(yàn)組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上,予以口服玉屏風(fēng)顆粒,3~7歲每次2.5 g,7~14歲每次5 g,tid。2組患者均治療3個(gè)月。比較2組患兒的臨床療效、復(fù)發(fā)率,以及藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果治療后,試驗(yàn)組和對照組的總有效率分別為93.84%(61/65例)和75.38%(49/65例),復(fù)發(fā)率分別為0(0/65例)和15.38%(10/65例),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。試驗(yàn)組發(fā)生的藥物不良反應(yīng)主要有頭暈、腹瀉、發(fā)熱,對照組發(fā)生的藥物不良反應(yīng)主要有發(fā)熱、惡心、頭暈、胸悶。試驗(yàn)組和對照組的藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為6.15%和7.69%,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論孟魯司特片聯(lián)合玉屏風(fēng)顆粒治療兒童過敏性紫癜的臨床療效確切,且不增加藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of montelukast combined with Yupingfeng granule in the treatment of allergic purpura in children. Methods 130 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were randomly divided into control group (n = 65) and experimental group (n = 65). The control group was treated with oral montelukast 3 years 4 years old 4 mg d ~ (-1), 5 mg d ~ (-1) every night before bedtime, and the experimental group was treated for 3 months with 5 g / d ~ (-2) of 5 g / d ~ (-1) at the age of 2. 5 g / time, 7 years old and 7 years old, on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate and adverse drug reaction were compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the total effective rates were 93.84% (61 / 65 cases) and 75.38% (49 / 65 cases), respectively, and the recurrence rates were 0 (0 / 65 cases) and 15.38% (10 / 65 cases) in the experimental group and the control group, respectively (P0.05). The main adverse drug reactions in the test group were dizziness, diarrhea and fever, while in the control group there were fever, nausea, dizziness and chest tightness. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the test group and control group was 6.15% and 7.69% respectively, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Montelukast tablet combined with Yupingfeng granule is effective in the treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura and does not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
