【摘要】：目的分析兒童眶周毛母質(zhì)瘤的臨床及病理特點。方法對2012年2月至2017年2月入住我院的46例確診為眶周毛母質(zhì)瘤并行手術(shù)的兒童患者的臨床、病理資料進行回顧性研究。結(jié)果 46例患兒中男18例、女28例(男∶女=1.00∶1.56)。發(fā)病部位眉弓26例(56.5%)、上瞼18例(39.1%)、下瞼2例(4.3%)。病理學(xué)檢查瘤體在光鏡下可見主要由兩種細(xì)胞組成:基底細(xì)胞樣細(xì)胞和影細(xì)胞。46例腫瘤中36例間質(zhì)內(nèi)有鈣化灶,25例有炎性細(xì)胞浸潤,24例可見多核巨細(xì)胞。所有病例經(jīng)手術(shù)切除,術(shù)后無一例復(fù)發(fā)或惡變。結(jié)論毛母質(zhì)瘤具有典型的臨床特征和病理特征,發(fā)病部位在眶周的兒童患者并不少見,熟練掌握其臨床特征及眶周常見腫物的鑒別診斷將有助于提高診斷準(zhǔn)確率。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical and pathological features of orbital hair mother tumor in children. Methods the clinical and pathological data of 46 children with orbital hair mother tumor admitted to our hospital from February 2012 to February 2017 were retrospectively studied. Results there were 18 males and 28 females in 46 cases (male: 1.00: 1.56). There were 26 cases (56.5%) with eyebrow arch, 18 cases (39.1%) with upper eyelid and 2 cases (4.3%) with lower eyelid. Pathological examination showed that the tumor was mainly composed of two kinds of cells under light microscope: basal cell-like cells and shadow cells. In 36 cases, calcification foci were found in the interstitium of 25 cases, inflammatory cells infiltrated in 24 cases and multinucleated giant cells were found in 24 cases. All cases were resected and no recurrence or malignant change occurred after operation. Conclusion Dermatogonoma has typical clinical and pathological features, and it is not uncommon in children with periorbital lesions. Mastering its clinical features and differential diagnosis of common orbital masses will help to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
