【摘要】：目的:探討不同禁飲方案對小兒心臟介入手術(shù)全麻誘導及術(shù)后惡心嘔吐的影響。方法 :選擇全麻下行心臟介入手術(shù)的小兒患者120例,隨機分為A、B、C 3組,每組各40例。3組術(shù)前均禁食8 h,A組術(shù)前禁飲6 h;B組、C組術(shù)前2 h分別口服10%葡萄糖水和多維飲料(術(shù)能)。觀察各組麻醉誘導及術(shù)后24h惡心嘔吐情況。結(jié)果:鎮(zhèn)靜及面罩接受程度評分B組、C組高于A組,C組高于B組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);麻醉誘導后B組、C組MAP高于A組,P低于A組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);B組、C組術(shù)后惡心嘔吐程度及發(fā)生率低于A組,C組術(shù)后惡心嘔吐發(fā)生率低于B組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :術(shù)前2 h口服清飲可降低小兒心臟介入手術(shù)麻醉誘導期躁動,維持誘導期血流動力學平穩(wěn),降低PONV程度,術(shù)能效果更為明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of different dietary regimen on general anesthesia induction and postoperative nausea and vomiting after interventional cardiac surgery in children. Methods: 120 pediatric patients undergoing cardiac interventional surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups: group A, B, C, A, B, B, C, B, B, C, C, B, C, 40 patients in each group were fasting for 8 hours before operation. Group A was not allowed to drink for 6 hours before operation. Group C took 10% glucose water and multi-dimensional drink 2 hours before operation, respectively. Anaesthesia induction and nausea and vomiting were observed 24 hours after operation. Results: the scores of sedation and face mask acceptance in group B were higher than those in group A (P 0.05), the MAP of group B was higher than that of group A (P 0.05), and that of group C was lower than that of group A (P < 0.05). The degree and incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in group B were lower than those in group A (P 0.05) and the incidence of nausea and vomiting in group B was significantly lower than that in group B (P 0.05). Conclusion: oral Qingyin for 2 hours before operation can reduce restlessness during anesthesia induction, maintain stable hemodynamics and reduce PONV degree in pediatric cardiac interventional surgery, and the effect of operation is more obvious.
