【摘要】：正慢性便秘是常見的臨床癥狀之一,可由多種病因引起,如不合理的飲食習(xí)慣、不良排便習(xí)慣、濫用瀉劑、環(huán)境改變、精神緊張等,其中無明顯的器質(zhì)性病變或繼發(fā)于代謝病、系統(tǒng)性疾病或藥物因素而已功能性改變?yōu)樘卣鞯谋忝胤Q之為功能性便秘~([1])。本研究探究在對大齡兒童行蜜煎導(dǎo)方的治療中采用精細(xì)化護(hù)理對臨床療效的改善情況,結(jié)果如下。1資料與方法1.1臨床資料選取2016年6月至2017年6月在本
[Abstract]:Positive and chronic constipation is one of the common clinical symptoms, which can be caused by a variety of causes, such as unreasonable eating habits, bad defecation habits, abusing laxatives, environmental changes, mental stress, etc. Constipation characterized by functional changes in systemic diseases or drug factors is called functional constipation ([1]). The purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement of clinical efficacy by using fine nursing care in the treatment of older children with honey decoction. The results are as follows: 1 data and method 1.1 Clinical data selected from June 2016 to June 2017.
